This Field Building Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this 8th day of February, 2018, by and between Pimmex General Contracting, the general contractor (“Contractor”); Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation, Inc. (“ADF”); and the City of Tempe (“City”). This Agreement memorializes the intent and agreement of the parties with respect to the refurbishment of one (1) existing baseball field (Field #7) at Tempe Sports Complex (the “Park”), located at 8403 S. Hardy Dr., Tempe, AZ (the “Project”).
