This Field Practicum Memorandum of Agreement (the “MOA”) is between the Department of State Health Services> (“DSHS”) and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (“Institution”), and states the terms and conditions applicable to placement of the Institution’s interns and residents in training at DSHS facilities. The faculty, interns and residents in training of the Institution are collectively referred to in this MOA as “Participants.” Institution and DSHS are collectively referred to in this MOA as the “Parties,” and each a “Party.”
