PARDS has agreed to the terms of this contract by virtue of the officer/person who has signed it, below. The Organization, Company Person or Partnership has agreed to its terms and conditions by virtue of the officers, or responsible persons who have signed below, and attest that they have the power to sign on behalf of the Organization, its members, and officers.

Fields will not be reserved unless fees are paid at time reservation is made. 50% of the reservation fee will be returned if cancellation is made 21 days or more prior to scheduled date of use. A $50 cancellation fee will be retained.

• A $25.00 deposit is required to make a reservation. Credit cards are accepted over the phone. This deposit is refundable only with 72-hour cancellation notice. Beyond 72-hours, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Balance is due upon arrival at Soccer Central, prior to use of the field. To make a reservation, please complete a Field Reservation Form.
