This FILTRATION FIRST-FIT SUPPLY AGREEMENT, dated as of May 29, 2023 (this “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Cummins Inc., an Indiana corporation (“Cummins”), and Atmus Filtration Technologies Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Supplier”).
