THIS FINANCIAL COVENANTS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Seminole Electric Cooperative, Inc. a Florida corporation, (hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”) and Alliance Coal, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (hereinafter referred to as “Seller”).
