By signing this agreement, you agree to the financial responsibilities of the program at LifeGate Freedom Recovery Ministries. We are here to teach you responsible living based on the Scriptures. The financial responsibility of each resident is meant to empower the resident with knowledge and experience, teaching a resident what is required of them in society.

The College considers any unpaid balance an extension of credit and equivalent to an educational student loan. By executing the Financial Responsibilities Agreement, you agree to pay all the tuition and fees representing the balance of your account. The following terms and conditions apply:

As a condition of acceptance into 2nd Chance Treatment Center’s Program, you agree to pay any incurred program fees due to either becoming ineligible for insurance coverage or third-party laboratory or prescription costs.
