THIS FINTECH ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT (hereafter “Agreement”) is made by and between WORTHY FINANCIAL, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Assignor”), and WORTHY WEALTH, INC., a Georgia corporation (“Assignee”), effective as of [●] (“Effective Date”).
