This Fire and Emergency Medical Protection Agreement, hereafter referred to as “Agreement” is entered into between Clark County Fire Protection District No. 11, dba Clark County Fire & Rescue, a municipal corporation, hereafter referred to as "District,” and the Cowlitz Indian Tribe, hereafter referred to as "Tribe," collectively referred to in this Agreement as “Parties.” The term “Party” shall mean either of the Parties.
