THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2016, by and between FireLine, Inc., a Georgia domestic profit corporation located at 725 Patrick Industrial Lane, Winder, Georgia 30680 (hereinafter “Seller”) and the City of Hapeville, a Georgia municipal corporation located at 3468 North Fulton Avenue, Hapeville, Georgia 30354 (hereinafter “Purchaser”). Seller and Purchaser are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
