THIS CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT (the "Contract") , dated as of , 20 (the “Contract Date”), by and between TOWN OF SOUTHERN SHORES, a North Carolina municipal corporation (the "Town"); SOUTHERN SHORES VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT, INC., a North Carolina nonprofit corporation (the "Fire Department"); and FIRE SERVICE REAL ESTATE, INC., a North Carolina nonprofit corporation (“FSRE”) (the Town, the Fire Department and FSRE collectively the “Parties”).
