municipal corporation, located at 776 N.E. 125 Street, North Miami, FL 33161 (“City”), and Zambelli Fireworks Manufacturing Company, a foreign for-profit corporation registered and authorized to do business under the laws of the State of Florida, having its principal business office at 20 S. Mercer Street, New Castle, PA, 16103 (“Contractor”). The City and Contractor shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties”, and each may individually be referred to as a “Party”.
