This Firm Transportation Negotiated Rate Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 23rd day of February 2017, by and between Rockies Express Pipeline LLC (“Rockies Express”) and Ultra Resources, Inc. (“Shipper”). This Agreement shall be effective for the Negotiated Rate Term set forth in Section 1.1 below.
