This First Amendment to Lease Agreement (“Lease Amendment”), is entered into between The Package Company, L.L.C., a Michigan limited liability company, as successor in interest to Taylor Land & Co., a Maryland general partnership (“Landlord”), and Accuride Corporation (“Tenant”).
