This First Collaboration And License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of September 28, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and between (a) Amgen Inc. a Delaware corporation (“Amgen”) and (b) Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Arrowhead”).
