THIS FIRST MASTER POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Master PPA”), dated as of February [__], 2021 (the “Effective Date”), is between Connecticut Green Bank, a Connecticut quasi-public agency having a place of business at 845 Brook Street, Rocky Hill, Connecticut 06067 (“Seller”), acting by Bryan Garcia, its President and CEO, and the State of Connecticut, Department of Administrative Services (“Buyer”), with a principal place of business at 450 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, Connecticut 06103, acting by Josh Geballe, its Commissioner, in accordance with Sections 4a-2 and 4a-51 of the Connecticut General Statutes. Buyer and Seller may individually be referred to as a “Party”, or collectively as the “Parties”.
