THIS TRANSFER AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of February, 2019 by and between Wisconsin Power and Light Company (“WPL”) and City of Lodi (“Lodi”) (collectively, the “Parties”). This Transfer Agreement is made pursuant to the Master Territorial Agreement between the Parties dated February , 2019 (“Master Agreement”).
