The Government of Tuvalu (hereinafter referred to as “GOT”) on the one part and the CKP FISHING COMPANY LTD (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) on the other part have agreed to the following terms and conditions covering the fishing activities by fishing vessels owned and operated by members of the Company within the Exclusive Economic Zone of Tuvalu.
