These General Terms and Conditions, and the FIT Static Agreement Specific Terms (“Specific Terms”), together (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between the Hotel set out in the Specific Terms (the “Hotel”) and the entity named in the signature page of the Specific Terms (the “Company”).
