FitLot, Inc. (referred to herein as FitLot) is pleased that CITY OF LINCOLN, NEBRASKA (referred to herein as “Community Partner”) has agreed to collaborate with FitLot (collectively, the “Parties”) on the construction of an AARP Sponsored Outdoor Fitness Park at Woods Park, in Lincoln, Nebraska (the “Project”) sponsored by AARP. This FitLot Partnership Agreement, dated as of the date fully executed below (referred to herein as the “Agreement”), sets forth the Parties obligations in connection with the Project and certain matters on which the Parties have agreed.

FitLot, Inc. (referred to herein as FitLot) and the Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Department (referred to herein as “Community Partner”) (collectively, the “Parties”) agree to collaborate in the construction and installation of an AARP-Sponsored Outdoor Fitness Park as depicted on attached Exhibit A (the “Project”) at the Community Partner’s Community Center located at 233 West Main Street, Fort Wayne, Indiana (the “Project Site”). The Project is sponsored by AARP. This FitLot Partnership Agreement, dated as of March 12, 2020 (the “Effective Date”) (referred to herein as the “Agreement”), sets forth the Parties’ respective obligations and other terms and conditions with respect to the design, construction, installation and operation of the Project to which the Parties hereby agreed.
