Contract Type FiledMarch 23rd, 2021This One Franklin Park Fitness Center Usage Agreement and Release (the “Agreement”) is entered into by the User identified above, an employee of the above-referenced Tenant of the building commonly known as One Franklin Park located at 6100 Tower Circle, Franklin, Tennessee 37067 (the “Building”) owned by One Franklin Park Acquisition Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Owner”), regarding User’s permitted use of the fitness and workout facility located in the Building (the “Fitness Center”). By signing this Agreement, User shall be permitted to use the Fitness Center, subject to the following terms and conditions.

The Board of Education considers this usage advisable as a community service dedicated to the wellness of the patrons of the District. During those times when the school/community fitness center is open for public use, the activities within the center are not under the direct or indirect supervision of the District, its officers or employees. Any officer or employee of the District who may be on the premises or participating in activities is not in the capacity of officer or employee during such time and is not responsible for supervision.
