This One Snowmass Fitness Facility License Agreement (this "License Agreement") is entered as of , 20 , between SV BUILDING 8 DEVELOPMENT LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Licensor"), and ONE SNOWMASS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (“Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee are hereinafter individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
