We Are Committed To Your Satisfaction: These additional terms and conditions, together with the accompanying Contract Summary which is incorporated by reference herein, constitute your contract with XOOM for electric generation supply (this “Agreement”). If you are not completely satisfied with XOOM Energy Washington D.C., LLC’s fixed rate plan for any reason, please contact us. If we are unable to resolve your concern to your full satisfaction, you may terminate this Agreement, in accordance with its terms.
