Notwithstanding any term(s) to the contrary contained in the lease, the Lease shall continue in month-to-month Successive Terms after the initial Term described in the Lease until: (1) a termination of the Lease by owner in accordance with the lease and/or in accordance with State or local laws; (2) a termination of the Lease by the Tenant in accordance with the Lease and/or State or local laws; (3) a termination by mutual agreement during the term of the Lease; or (4) a termination of the Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) Contract by the Framingham Housing Authority. A copy of any termination notice must be provided to the FHA.
