This FlatWorld Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of January 15, 2010 (the “Effective Date”) by and between DAL Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“DAL”), and FlatWorld Consulting LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Consultant”).
