This Fleet Services Master Agreement for selected fleet related services together with any addenda (“Agreement”) is hereby made and entered into as of the 1st day of September, 2023, by and between Merchants Automotive Group, LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company doing business at 14 Central Park Drive, 1st Floor, Hooksett, New Hampshire 03106 (the “Service Provider”), and New Braunfels Utilities, a corporation together with its divisions and subsidiaries with a principal office at 263 Main Plaza, New Braunfels, Texas 78130 (the “Service User”).
