These Subscription Services Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) together with any Order Form which refer to these Terms (together, the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between the party signing the Order Form or otherwise accepting these Terms as set forth in this paragraph (“Customer” or “you”) and Trailer Telematics Inc. (“Trailer Telematics”) and applies to the access and use of the Services. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY.
