These PGG Wrightson FlexiStock Standard Conditions, together with the Facility Application, contain the terms on which we have agreed to make available a Facility to you. This Agreement is made between the Lender, each Borrower and each Guarantor named in the Facility Application. The Lender is Heartland Bank Limited. These FlexiStock Standard Conditions are divided into the following Parts.
