WHEREAS, CBCInnovis is engaged from time to time in the business of providing standard flood hazard determinations ("Determinations") to Lenders and others in accordance with the provisions of the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 and the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994, based on flood hazard boundary maps as published by the Federal Emergency Management Agency; and
