This Contract is between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (Department), an agency of the State of Florida and Interface Americas, Inc. (Contractor), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” Exhibit C: Participating Addendum and Exhibit E: Participating Addendum Floorcovering Installers covers the Floorcovering & Installation Services let by the State of Utah for use by state agencies and other entities, as permitted by their own laws, ordinances or rules, located in the State of Florida authorized by that state’s statutes to utilize the lead states contracts with the prior approval of the State’s Chief Procurement Official.
