The terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms and Conditions”) are incorporated by reference into the Sales Agreement signed by WealthEngine, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“WealthEngine”) and the client identified in the Sales Agreement (“Client”). The Sales Agreement and the Terms and Conditions, and its Exhibits, are collectively referred to as the (“Agreement”). This Agreement is a binding, contractual agreement between Client and WealthEngine and applies to your access to and/or use of the Services (defined below). By signing the Sales Agreement in which these Terms and Conditions were referenced, you are indicating your acceptance of the Agreement.
