This Food Acquisition and Distribution Partnership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the County of Merced (“County”), a political subdivision of the State of California, acting through the Merced County Office of Emergency Services (OES), having its principal offices at 3500 North Apron Avenue, Atwater, CA, and the Merced County Food Bank (“Food Bank” and/or “Contractor”), a non-profit corporation with its principal offices at 2000 West Olive Ave, Merced, CA 95348. Together, the County and Food Bank will be collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
