This Release and Waiver of Liability is entered into by and between Reins International (USA), Co., Ltd. dba Gyu-Kaku® and its parent, affiliate, and subsidiary companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, representatives, and agents (collectively, “Gyu-Kaku”), and the undersigned contestant (“Contestant”), effective on the date written below. In consideration of Gyu-Kaku permitting Contestant to participate in the Gyu-Kaku Food Challenge (the “Contest”), Contestant hereby agrees as follows:
