ADDENDUMFood/Snack Vending Services Agreement • May 28th, 2015
The term of this Agreement shall commence on June 1, 2021 and continue through May 31, 2022 (the “License Period”). This Agreement will automatically renew for each following year at a price to be negotiated by the parties unless cancelled by either party. Notice of cancellation must be received by the other party at least sixty (60) days prior to the contract’s expiration date.
