The Clothesline Festival Committee must approve all food items. Only approved food items may be sold at this festival. Please include a menu and pricing with your application. There will be no menu changes after Aug 1st. Evidence of Permit applications to the MCHD and food handler certifications must be provided by Aug 1 .(the Permits themselves are generally provided by the MCHD after a satisfactory inspection just after the start of the event).

This agreement is entered into by and between the White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival, Inc. (WPOAF) and the Food Vendor completing, signing and returning the application. The Food vendor hereby releases the WPOAF, its officers, directors, committee members and volunteers from any and all liability, including but not limited to any consequential, special, punitive, or other damages for any loss or damage the Food Vendor may sustain in connection with the show, however caused. The WPOAF will not be held liable to the Food Vendor for failure of the event to take place. The Food Vendor hereby expressly assumes any and all risk, damage or lost profits to the Food Vendor, Food Vendor’s personal property, food, beverage, or equipment, guests or guest’s property arising out of their participation including, but not limited to: theft, wind, rain, damage or weather-related causes, or assigned space location designated by the WPOAF.

Please submit this application along with your fees no later than June 15, 2022 in order for your truck / trailer to be considered. All trucks / trailers must have a City of Clive Permit (found here) to be considered for these dates. Limited space (6 trucks / trailers) is available and vendors will be chosen according to the date submitted (earlier submissions given priority). You will receive notifications regarding the application and its approval via City of Clive staff email.

• I agree to pay rent specified for booth size and electrical requirements marked on the exhibits to this agreement. One half (1/2) of all fees are due no later than July 29, 2016. All remaining fees due no later than Wednesday August 17, 2016. Any cancellation before August 12, 2016 will result in 50% forfeiture of rental fees. Any cancellation after August 19, 2016 will result in 100% forfeiture of rental fees.
