THIS FORBEARANCE AGREEMENT AND AMENDMENT NUMBER 3 TO LOAN DOCUMENTS (this “Third Amendment”), is entered into as of March 20, 2009 (the “Third Amendment Effective Date”), by and among GVEC RESOURCE IV INC.
