THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED FORBEARANCE AND LINE OF CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 6, 2023, is entered into by and among ORBITAL INFRASTRUCTURE GROUP, INC., a Texas corporation (“OIG”), GIBSON TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., a Georgia corporation (“Gibson,” and together with OIG, the “Company”), and STREETERVILLE CAPITAL, LLC, a Utah limited liability company, its successors and/or assigns (“Investor”).
