THIS FORBEARANCE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into effective February , 2022, by and between CITY OF ORLANDO, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Florida (“City”), the City of Orlando Community Redevelopment Agency, a body politic and corporate of the State of Florida and a community redevelopment agency created pursuant to Part III, Chapter 163, Florida Statutes (the “CRA”), and MAD COW THEATRE, INC., a not-for-profit Florida Corporation (“Subtenant”) (City, CRA and Subtenant are individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
