The present Tripartite Agreement (further referred to as "the Agreement") is made by and between InstaFintech Group (referred to as "the Company"); InstaForex customer intending or supposing to copy online trades of any customer of the Company for the purpose of obtaining the benefits and clearly understanding all financial risks (referred as to "the Follower"); and InstaForex customer intending or supposing to allow the Follower to copy his trades (referred to as "the Trader").
