This EMPLOYEE PROTECTION AND NONCOMPETITION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), by and between Care Capital Properties, Inc. (the “Company”), (“Employee”), and solely for the limited purposes set forth in Section 13 hereof, Ventas, Inc.
