This Index Sublicense Agreement (this “Sublicense Agreement”), dated as of [•], 2014, is made by and between AccuShares Commodities Trust I, a Delaware statutory trust (“Sublicensee”) on behalf of each of its separate fund series listed on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) and AccuShares Investment Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Licensee” or “Sublicensor”).
