THIS PROPRIETARY INFORMATION AND INVENTION ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of February 27, 2012 by and between Gallery Management Holding Corp., a Colorado corporation (the “Company,” which term includes the Company’s subsidiaries, affiliated entities, successors and assigns), and __________ (“Employee”).
