This AGREEMENT is made effective as of February 11, 2002, by and between Quaker City Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its office at 7021 Greenleaf Avenue, Whittier, California, and Elizabeth A. Conrado (“Executive”). The term “Bank” refers to Quaker City Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company or any successor thereto.
