EX-99.D(63) 5 dex99d63.htm FORM OF SUBADVISORY AGREEMENT SUBADVISORY AGREEMENT This SUBADVISORY AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is made this day of , 2008, by and between Legg Mason Partners Fund Advisor, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Manager"), and Batterymarch Financial Management, Inc., a Maryland corporation (the "Subadviser").
