This First Amendment to Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 48937 (“First Amendment”) is made between the City of Fort Worth (“FORT WORTH”), a munic ipal corporation, acting herein by and through Susan Alanis, its duly authorized Assistant City Manager and the City of Burleson, a municipal corporation, (“USER”) acting herein through Bryan Langley its duly authorized City Manager.
