This AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and among the Transportation Agency for the County of Monterey (“TAMC”) and the Monterey Peninsula Regional Parks District (“MPRPD”). TAMC and MPRPD may be referred to collectively as the “Parties.” The notice and contact information of the Parties are attached hereto as Exhibit A.
