This Certification Mark License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of the date of full execution (“Effective Date”) by and between CloudFoundry.org Foundation, a Delaware not-for-profit corporation (“Foundation”), and the entity named in the signature block below (“Licensee”).
