FOURTH SUPPLEMENT, dated as of January 31, 2022 (this “Fourth Supplement”), among CF Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), CF Industries Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CFIH”), and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the United States of America, as trustee (the “Trustee”), to the Fourth Supplemental Indenture, dated as of March 11, 2014 (as amended and supplemented prior to the effectiveness of this Fourth Supplement, the “Supplemental Indenture”), relating to the 5.375% Senior Notes due 2044 of the Company (the “Notes”).
