FOURTH SUPPLEMENT, dated as of January 28, 2022 (this “Fourth Supplement”), among CF Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), CF Industries Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CFIH”), and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, a national banking association duly incorporated and existing under the laws of the United States of America, as trustee (the “Trustee”), to the Second Supplemental Indenture, dated as of May 23, 2013 (as amended and supplemented prior to the effectiveness of this Fourth Supplement, the “Supplemental Indenture”), relating to the 4.950% Senior Notes due 2043 of the Company (the “Notes”).
