WHEREAS, the Commission has entered into a Master Trust Agreement dated as of February 15, 1994 (the “Master Trust Agreement” and together with the First Supplemental Trust Agreement dated as of February 15, 1994, the Second Supplemental Trust Agreement dated as of September 1, 1995 and the Third Supplemental Trust Agreement dated as of May 1, 1996, the “Trust Agreement”), with the Trustee providing for the issuance from time to time of Turnpike Revenue Bonds (the “Bonds”), with each issue of Bonds to be authorized by a supplemental trust agreement, supplementing the Master Trust Agreement, pertaining to that issue of Bonds; and
FOURTH SUPPLEMENTAL TRUST AGREEMENT between COUNTY OF ORANGE and as Successor Trustee Dated as of January 1, 2014 Relating to County of Orange Taxable Pension Obligation Bonds, 2014 Series A (Supplementing the Trust Agreement dated as of January 1, 2007)Fourth Supplemental Trust Agreement • November 26th, 2013
THIS FOURTH SUPPLEMENTAL TRUST AGREEMENT, dated as of January 1, 2014 (this “Fourth Supplemental Trust Agreement”), by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE (the “County”), a political subdivision, duly organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California, and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association duly organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the United States of America, as successor trustee (the “Trustee”);
