it impossible to hold the festival under normal conditions or at full capacity, or for reasons beyond the Organizer's gross negligence, the event's Organizer or Entertainment Travel cannot be held responsible for this, and the value of the amounts paid for tickets and accommodation will not be refunded. The Organizer will provide tickets for the rescheduled edition of the event and will allocate the same reserved rooms or offer rooms in accommodation units of equivalent level to those chosen by the Traveler through the offer. However, the Organizer cannot guarantee the availability of a specific accommodation structure in any case. 1.4 The characteristics of the travel service package are presented in the offer, and it is an integral part of this contract. II. Conclusion of the Contract 2.1. The contract is concluded in one of the following situations:a) At the moment of signing by the traveler or by accepting the contractual terms of travel services, including those purchased remotely
